Terms of agreement

This agreement embodies the entire understanding of Grace Photography and Client. It supersedes any and all prior agreements between parties. In order to add or alter this agreement, it must be done in writing and signed by all parties. This signed contract with 25% payment are due in order to secure Client’s session date. Client MUST complete said requirements at least 1 week prior to the session date. The remaining balance may be paid on the session date if client wishes. No services will be provided without full and complete payment. If client is unable to provide proper funds or sign and return this document in the outlined timeframe, Grace Photography reserves the right to give Client’s date to another customer.

Client Usage

**********Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions by parties other than Photographer. A credit line, which reads “Grace Photography” in type no smaller than that of the related text must appear adjacent to or within all published photographs (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Prints for publication (such as editorial, public relations or advertising use) require prior written consent from Photographer. *************

Intellectual Property Rights

****All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Grace Photography. Client understands if they obtain ANY digital images, purchased, gifted or otherwise, are NOT to be edited or altered in any way. Grace Photography reserves the right to use creative control of all images produced. The photographer is not required to release any images deemed substandard by her professional judgement.

**** Client grants and authorizes Grace Photography the irrevocable right to publish images of client, or any images the Client may be in, for use in portfolio, trade, advertisements or any other manner the photographer sees appropriate. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.


Delivery of final, print ready digital images via online gallery from Grace Photography to Client will be made available 1 – 2 weeks from the session date. If photos are needed to be expedited sooner, a rush fee of $50 will be added.

**** Grace & Photography holds all session photos for up to 90days from time of delivery, after said 90days Grace & Photography is not held responsible for any photos. Please be sure to download all photos before the 90day mark.


Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, Client understands that the deposit and all monies paid after the deposit to Grace Photography are nonrefundable, but are transferrable as detailed in the Rescheduling section below.


Grace Photography may offer up to 2 reschedules if the Client is unable to keep their originally scheduled session date. After 2 reschedules, if the client is still unable to attend their session, it is the discretion of the photographer to schedule any additional times. In the event the photographer chooses not to reschedule the Client after the allotted amounts, there will be no refund of any monies paid.

No shows

If Client and/or key individuals fail to appear to a scheduled portrait session, the deposit and all monies paid after the deposit to Grace Photographer are nonrefundable. The session can be rescheduled and will require an additional 25% deposit.

Late Fees

If Client is more than 10min late to a scheduled session an addition charge of $50 may be required as Photographers time is very tight and said Photographer may have more sessions lined up for that day.

Entire Agreement

This is the entire agreement between Photographer and Client and supersedes all previous agreements. It cannot be altered without written consent of both Photographer and Client.


Digitally signing this agreement has the same effect as manually signing a paper original.

Changes to this agreement

There may be additional charges if changes are made to this agreement. Client may increase the period of Photographer’s service on the portrait date, provided Photographer is available during the time requested. Added expenses resulting from such change, including additional service cost, digital capture costs, and change-related fees will be added on to the final balance and will be paid in full by Client prior to delivery.


PayPal, Zelle, Cash or Checks are accepted. All checks should be made out to Cynthia Lavigne or Grace Photography. Returned check fee: $50.00. If paid on PayPal, you can send it to Cynthiagrace1995@gmail.com. If paid on Zelle, you can send it to (509)701-4602.


A travel fee of $1.50 a mile will be required for Photographer’s travel further than 20 miles from Jacksonville, NC.
